Harajuku Cat Street

KC has been getting a few requests from readers about purchasing from Japan after the disastrous tsunami.

The shipping services (Japan EMS) were temporarily disabled due to the power failures and aftershocks that Tokyo and the rest of Japan were receiving.

It seems now however, that service has been resumed, although some delays may be expected.

After hearing alot of saddening news from Japan, here is something a little more uplifting.

Snoopy Town Japan is about to release a new line of Snoopy Products named "Harajuku Cat Street".

There are fun T-shirts and bags and some other nick-nacks to accessorize... all designed to lighten anyone's spirits!

Check them out and watch out for them as they go on sale on April 2, 2011.

If you have ever been caught in a situation, like me, where you have to find someone with everything already... then you will be just as excited!!

KC has just located a site where they only specialize in Limited edition Premium Disney Character items!!!

When I saw "Premium" I thought the price tag would be marked to suit, but was surprised to find that it was more reasonable that I had imagined!

Although I was slightly dissapointed that their inventory was slightly limited.... well, I guess thats why they say "Limited editions" !

Pictured here is a Limited Bronze Mickey Statue, for example.

You don't come across these everyday.

Be that it might be heavy to ship, but again... it's a rare find!!

So sometimes you stroll into an Antique shop and are lucky enough to find that rare Disney figurine or Sanrio treat... how does it feel??

Some would say it's as great a feeling as striking gold or winning lotto since vintage items are so very hard to come buy in good condition these days.

Ebay is less popular and much less used by the japanese, rather you would find them posting some very unique items up on Yahoo auctions Japan.
